Meal Delivery

Remote meal delivery is the service I offer to those who feel supported physically and energetically in their postpartum and want access to food they know will nourish, heal, and ground their postpartum bodies and minds. 

 

This offering comes with a seasonal menu offering several choices for main meals, snacks, and drinks for each phase of your postpartum journey. You choose the meals that look the best for you, and I cook them in bulk batches to last you the week and delivery them fresh to your door.

 

Price: sliding scale of $50-25 an hour

- Each meal takes roughly an hour

- Not including cost of groceries

- $40 travel fee for clients over an hour away
