Hourly Postpartum Care

Care by the hour is a more accessible option if you don’t feel you can commit the entire postpartum package. This service includes all of the same offerings as the Ayurvedic postpartum package, and my care is informed by the same Ayurvedic postpartum protocols including warmth, rest, nourishment, and grounding. 

This may be a good option for you if you have a lot of support for the first couple of weeks postpartum, but you find yourself alone with a newborn and possibly older children after a few weeks. With hourly care, you can book your time with me as you feel you need support, and you can always add more time later on if you feel you need it.

We can utilize our time together however suites your needs best. Our time might include the following:

• Meal preparation and delivery from seasonal postpartum menu

• In-home care including cooking, light cleaning, care for                                                                  older children

• Herbal support

• Sitz baths and yoni steaming

• Abhyanga (Ayurvedic warm oil massage)

• Infant massage guidance

• Moxibustion heat therapy

• Belly wrapping

• Birth processing

• Lactation support

• Nutrition support

• A collection of resources for an integrated postpartum

• Newborn care, education, and resources

Price: sliding scale of $50-25 an hour 

- not including cost of groceries

- $40 travel fee for clients over an hour away
